8:00am-9:00am: Doors open! Campers arrive at Apex Athletics for check-in with our staff.

9:00am-9:10am: Welcome circle, introduction of the week’s skill and player development themes, attendance, and team meetings.

9:10am-9:20am: Energizer drills, dynamic warm-up, and stretch.

9:20am-10:00am: Offensive Skills Focus: Weekly skill theme introduction, "Move of the Day" demonstration, drill stations, individual, and team drills.

10:00am-10:30am: Classroom session, snack, and recovery.

10:30am-11:00am: Small-sided games focusing on skill application and decision-making.

11:00am-12:00pm: Snack/lunch and social time with teammates.

12:00pm-12:30pm: Classroom session: Reviewing game strategies, leadership skills, or watching inspiring game footage.

12:30pm-1:30pm: 5v5 Scrimmages with coaching feedback to apply daily lessons.

1:30pm-1:45pm: Day recap: Highlights and bright spots, "Hustler of the Day" awards for outstanding effort, sportsmanship, or growth.

1:45pm-2:00pm: Team coaches dismiss campers; parents/guardians pick up their players.
