Dates: Tuesday 4/21-Fri 4/24

Time: 1:00pm-2:00pm

Grades: 9-12

Format: 30 min of skill work and 30 min of scrimmages

Pricing: Daily Drop In: $30 | Full Week: $120

Capacity: 15 Athletes

Each session is a 60-minute coached workout built for serious athletes

  • High-level competitive reps + live feedback

  • Standards-based environment (effort, focus, coachability)

  • Skill development & ball handling:

    • Game situations 

    • Decision making

  • Coached small sided games / full court scrimmages

Strength & Conditioning

with Katrina

Program Details

Dates: Wednesday 4/22 and Thursday 4/23

Time: 8:00am-10:00am

Grades: 9-12

Format: 1 hour of S+C followed by 1 hour of pickup

Pricing: $50/day

Capacity: 15 Athletes

Coach Alex

A Brockton, MA native, Alex attended Tabor Academy before playing four years at Boston University. A two-time team captain, she led NCAA Division I in three-point percentage during the 2022–2023 season and finished top six in scoring in BU women’s basketball history. She recently graduated with a degree in Education and Human Development, and is excited to step into a Director role this summer—drawn to Hardwood Hustle as the kind of supportive, high-energy, development-focused environment she would’ve loved as a kid—where she can help athletes grow their confidence, leadership, and love for the game.

Coach Katrina

Katrina has spent the last three years managing the women’s basketball team at Endicott College, assisting with team logistics and player development. Her personal journey includes multiple ACL recoveries, which inspired her to deepen her expertise in athletic performance. Katrina interned at the nationally renowned Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, where she earned CFSC Level 1 and 2 certifications. She was recently selected as a USA Basketball Women in the Game scholarship recipient.At Hardwood Hustle, Katrina is passionate about mentoring and empowering athletes, creating a space where players are supported as humans first and athletes second. Beyond coaching, she also manages marketing and social media, helping share the Hardwood Hustle story with our community and beyond.
