You can choose to sign up for a single session on any of the three available days, or take advantage of the opportunity to sign up for all three sessions.

Lucy Barrett is a current strength and conditioning coach with over five years of experience working with a wide variety of high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Her work brings a unique perspective, having collaborated closely with physical therapists and athletic trainers to create sport specific programs that prioritize durability for athletes. As a former collegiate basketball player herself, Lucy brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed at the next level. She is particularly passionate about being a positive role model on and off the court, inspiring female athletes to reach their full potential through structured training, resilience-building, and a supportive, empowering environment.
Lucy will be at sessions 2-3.
With over 15 years of experience mentoring young women and girls, Coach Shantell is passionate about fostering a supportive and empowering environment both on and off the court. Since starting her basketball journey at age 7, she has dedicated her life to creating spaces where women can connect, thrive, and build lasting relationships. Her commitment to community and the sport of basketball inspires her players to not only excel in athletics but also to grow as individuals.
Shantell will be at session 1.
Coach Katie is a former Division 1 college basketball player. She played for the Boston College Women's basketball program, while she earned her degree in elementary education and psychology. She then received her masters degree in early childhood development from Merrimack College. As an educator and coach, Katie has worked with children across multiple grade levels to help foster their growth to become the best versions of themselves.
Katie will be at sessions 1-3.
Jackie is a former collegiate athlete, having competed at the University of New Hampshire before transferring to Merrimack College. Driven by passions for entrepreneurship, basketball and art, Jackie’s true purpose shines through her dedication to empowering young athletes. Through her skill training sessions, she inspires them to reach their fullest potential and fosters a genuine love and joy for the game.
Jackie will be at sessions 1-3.
