Pickup is arranged after production; this is not an in-stock purchase. Shipping time begins after production, not when you place your preorder.

Preorders close November 1. Payment is collected at checkout. All three styles are produced as part of this preorder. Please allow 3–4 weeks after we place the supplier order for arrival at Hardwood Hustle, plus transit time for shipped orders. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled items and any related delivery charge.

Email info@hardwood-hustle.com with your order number before the November 1 preorder closes to request cancellation, a refund, or a size/style change. Once an order has been submitted for custom production, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed. Custom-made items are not eligible for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns after production. This does not affect remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled items.

Check your shorts when they arrive or when you pick them up. Contact info@hardwood-hustle.com promptly with your order number, a description, and clear photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning an item.

Fit: These fit like our previous HH shorts and run true to size. If you already own a pair, choose the same size for a similar fit.

Our shorts are ordered through The Sublimation House in Nevada. Available sizes: youth YS, YM and YL; adult XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. Youth and adult sizes use different sizing scales. The exact vendor measurements for this shorts cut are being confirmed; do not assume your usual size across brands. Email us for sizing help before ordering.

A confirmed measurement chart will be added when available. View the vendor's shorts page. We have not confirmed fabric composition, inseam, or care instructions for this order, so follow the care label supplied with your shorts.

Double-check your email, selected style, size, quantity, and delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if anything needs correcting; address changes may not be possible once an order ships. Keep your confirmation email for pickup and support. Product images are mockups: screen colors, print placement, and final details can vary slightly. For a missing or delayed shipment, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
