About Our Program

Our Summer Hybrid Training is one-stop shop for athletes looking to build strength, improve speed, and grow their game.

Each session includes 30 minutes of basketball skills training and 30 minutes of strength & conditioning led by Jackie Lyons and Lucy Barrett. With small group sizes capped at 8 athletes, you will get personalized attention and high-quality instruction in every session.

Lead Performance Coach

Lucy Barrett

Lucy Barrett is a current strength and conditioning coach with over five years of experience working with a wide variety of high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Her work brings a unique perspective, having collaborated closely with physical therapists and athletic trainers to create sport specific programs that prioritize durability for athletes. As a former collegiate basketball player herself, Lucy brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed at the next level. She is particularly passionate about being a positive role model on and off the court, inspiring female athletes to reach their full potential through structured training, resilience-building, and a supportive, empowering environment.

Program Details

  • Dates: June 24th - August 22nd

  • Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • Time: 8:00am - 9:00am

  • Format: 30 minutes of Strength & Conditioning, 30 minutes of Basketball Skills Training

  • Location: Apex Athletics, Peabody, MA

  • Capacity: Limited to 8 athletes per age group

  • Lead Coaches: Lucy Barrett & Jackie Lyons

Friday Pickup League (Included In Membership)

  • Day: Fridays

  • Time: 10:30am-12:00pm

  • Format: 2 courts running side-by-side

  • College & high school athletes split up on 2 courts

  • Location: Apex Athletics, Peabody, MA

Credit Pack Pricing

Membership includes access to Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday sessions.
