It's more than just a tournament, it's an event designed to empower players and bring together the basketball community in a positive, athlete-first environment. Every detail reflects our commitment to quality and empowerment: from welcoming knowledgeable coaches and programs with shared values, to referees who are current and former Women’s college basketball players.

We create spaces where players are surrounded by representation at every level of the game.

OUR MISSION

Hardwood Hustle is a female-owned basketball skill development organization. We offer high-energy, year-round programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our approach goes beyond training. We provide personalized coaching and foster an inclusive, team-first culture. “Hustlers” grow on and off the court through skill, humility, and hustle.

OUR STORY

Spring 2024, we launched our first-ever teams and hit circuits across Massachusetts. It was an exciting start that proved there’s a real need for something development-focused, accessible, inclusive, and positive. The momentum and response from that season inspired us to go further. We’re not just fielding tournament teams, we’re hosting our own events.

OUR FORMAT

Our one-day events are for youth girls basketball teams, with each team guaranteed at least two games. Top teams in each bracket advance to a third and final game for the tournament title. With a consistent schedule and single location, it’s easy for families to plan and teams to attend. The experience is smooth, organized, and predictable from start to finish.

MIND OVER HUSTLE 3v3 TOURNAMENT • 2026

  • Location: Choice Fitness, Peabody, MA

  • Time: 10:00am-1:00pm

  • Format: 3v3. Single Player Resgistration.

  • Ages: Girls Grades 4th-9th

FALL INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT • 2025

  • Date: Monday October 13, 2025

  • Location: The Millworks, Westford, MA

  • Time: 5:30-8:30pm

  • Format: 1 day, minimum 2 games played

  • Ages: Girls Grades 5th-8th
